Illegal operating vehicles (black cars, clone cars), illegal dump trucks, highway over limit vehicles, illegal vehicles in transportation and administration (inter provincial shuttle buses, general cargo or container vehicles, etc.), etc. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details) 合同履約期限：本次預算服務期限為2026年度，本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續(xù)履行服務，如本次中標人非原服務單位，在此期間所產(chǎn)生的服務費，待項目采購完成后由中標人按中標價折算支付給原服務單位相應的服務費用。本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽。第二年和第三年合同根據(jù)上一年考核結(jié)果及財政預算批復情況決定合同是否續(xù)簽。 The Contract Period: The service period of this budget is for the year 2026.
